Being able to adjust not only to different teaching styles, but also being able to make sure that students are learning what they need to be learning about in my classroom.
Being able to use different learning styles with students. Making sure that students are learning at their peak and making sure that they are getting everything out of lessons that are taught in class.
Keeping the genre of the classroom under control so that the students are getting everything out of each lesson. Having a great classroom environment effects the students learning all around. You need a positive learning environment to continue the learning of the students and making sure that students are actively involved.
